Councilmember Alvarez Hosts Ribbon Cutting for Security Lights at Silver Wing Park

What:  Councilmember David Alvarez will join community members and City staff in celebrating the installation of the Silver Wing Neighborhood Park Security Lights.

When:  Friday, May 2, 2014, 1PM

Where:  Silver Wing Neighborhood Park, 3737Arey Drive, San Diego 92154

Why:  The Silver Wing Neighborhood Lighting Project was partially funded by Councilmember Alvarez’s office budget ($139,285).  This project stemmed from strong concerns from the community due to lack of lighting at this highly-used neighborhood park.
