SAN DIEGO (December 13, 2017) – Today, the San Diego City Council approved signing on to three amicus briefs in support of plaintiffs’ litigation related to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) violations (CS-5a, CS-5b, CS-5c).
“We will continue to defend the thousands of DACA recipients in San Diego who have contributed to our cultural vibrancy and the economic growth of our communities.”
